Natalia Aldea is a real estate adviser specialising in investment and holiday rental properties in Vera Playa and the Almería coast. With more than five years of experience in holiday rental management and supporting property owners and investors, she helps her clients make informed decisions to buy, sell or generate returns on properties in one of the Mediterranean's areas with the greatest tourism potential. Although she was born in Madrid, her connection to Vera Playa began more than 20 years ago, when her family purchased a holiday home there. Since then, the area has become her second home and today is part of her life and work. Natalia works alongside the international eXp Realty network, which allows her to collaborate with agents around the world and give global visibility to her clients' properties. Her approach combines local knowledge, investment strategy and very close and personalised attention throughout the entire process.
